I approach counseling with compassion, respect, and a belief in every person’s ability to grow and heal. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore life challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change. I welcome clients who are navigating issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, family or relationship concerns, and personal growth. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater well-being. I am seeing clients at a cash pay reduced intern rate in person in Liberty Lake and virtually.
