Our early experiences and significant moments can affect how we see ourselves within our own family, community, or social group. The things we can share, and the parts of ourselves we feel like we shouldn't. Therapy is a great space to work through these thoughts and begin to find more balance in your life. Your feelings are valid regardless of what you’ve been told or what your experiences have led you to believe.
My Background and Approach
I work primarily with adults who have experienced early life trauma, whether physical, sexual, emotional, or neglect, with a special interest in working with individuals who are survivors of spiritual abuse, religious trauma, cult recovery, and neurodivergent trauma. I can also be a neutral therapeutic support on your deconstruction/reconstruction journey. I offer individual therapy from a person-centered approach, providing treatment options such as EMDR therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training, and parts work. Therapy might look different depending on your needs, whether that is reparenting yourself, unmasking, calming and offering compassion to all your parts, or reprocessing traumatic events. My goal is to be a support on your unique journey while respecting your personal goals.
