I am a Clinical Counseling Intern studying at Northwestern. I specialize in child counseling and have a passion for multicultural backgrounds, providing a space where you don't have to explain the inner workings of your identity to feel heard. I am open and continue to learn new modalities that align with my client; the main priority is to increase my client's engagement, participation, and interest in their life. So I pull modalities such as Adlerian or Psychodynamic and tailor creative art interventions or structured goals depending on YOUR goals. I’m working through the awkwardness of promoting myself and landing thoughtfully. Choosing therapy is a big step, especially in a world full of hustle—it can feel counter-intuitive to pause.
