About My Clients
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space for individuals, couples, families, and diverse communities, including the LGBTQ+ population. Using CBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and family systems work, I take a collaborative approach tailored to your needs. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or life transitions, I’ll work with you to build coping skills and create meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping individuals, couples, families, and diverse communities, including the LGBTQ+ population. In our sessions, I use evidence-based tools and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness practices, and Family Systems Therapy. Together, we’ll work on practical coping strategies, identifying unhelpful thought patterns, strengthening relationships, and building resilience. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, develop tools that empower you in daily life, and create meaningful, lasting change.
