Mason is sex-positive, poly, kink affirming therapist and has a diverse clinical background working with LGBTQIA+, GNC, ENM, first and second generation immigrant adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
We all have a story we've created to make sense of our lives. Mason strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space to unpack and make sense of this narrative in a trauma-informed way, incorporating somatic and mindfulness techniques. Mason focuses on the whole person, collaboratively personalizing care to each client’s individual needs and considering how cultural identity and marginalized experience impact mental wellbeing.
