About My Clients
My clients often are seeking therapy to help process complex trauma, family of origin issues, and emotional dysregulation. I work with individuals who are navigating a chronic illness and disability. I believe that therapy should fit my clients and use a blend of approaches to best serve the people I work with. My clients value honesty, authenticity, and empathy- key pieces to my therapeutic appraoch.
My Background and Approach
I know how overwhelming, isolating, or exhausting life can feel at times—and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re facing stress, past trauma, relationship struggles, or major life transitions, my goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, attachment concerns, and chronic illness or disability. My approach is person-centered and flexible, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed, relational techniques. I also value bringing authenticity, a little humor, and practical tools into the work we do together. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in compassion. I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move toward the life you want.
