About My Clients
Are you someone who is seeking insight and interactive feedback to help you learn tools and techniques to better manage your symptoms? I have experience working with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, phobias, OCD, and life transitions and grief. I strive to support you on your journey by the use of cognitive techniques, mindfulness, and healthy coping strategies.
My Background and Approach
I prefer to work along with each client collaboratively to have a strong therapeutic alliance and a safe space for you to feel comfortable in. I approach therapy through an integrative lens and tailoring treatment to each individual client. My work is grounded in cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and exposure and response prevention theories. I specialize in working with adults.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all can benefit from having a therapist from time to time. Having that 3rd person who is objective to process things that are happening can be so beneficial. I believe everyone is comprised of both good and bad. There is no such thing that a person cannot make changes in their life or grow. I believe that these changes and growth can occur throughout the life span.
