About My Clients
Finding a therapist can feel immensely overwhelming. Often the hardest step is just showing up, and you have already accomplished that! Everyone has different needs and goals. As such, the techniques that I use in practice differ from client to client. I offer weekly sessions, where we can work collaboratively to address your individual needs and goals. Some of my focus areas include anxiety, adhd, asd, family difficulties, stress management, and self esteem.
My Background and Approach
I believe that clients are the ultimate source of information on their own experience. My goal as a therapist is to collaborate and work alongside you to identify what goals you would like to achieve, and how best to reach them. I utilize a conjunction of modalities including CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person Centered approaches with a holistic lens.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a strong advocate for racial justice, and a member of the LGBTQ community. I am also neurodivergent affirming, and specialize with working with adult-diagnosed Autism and ADHD.
