About My Clients
I focus on Queer and Trans individuals, those struggling with depression and anxiety, and people who have endured complex trauma. I like to serve clients who do not see themselves represented in the mainstream, who feel like outsiders, who struggle to fit in, and who struggle to form and maintain enduring relationships with friends and intimate partners. I help sensitive individuals who feel deeply the fear and instability of our current climate.
My Background and Approach
I offer firm but gentle no-nonsense collaboration. I will affirm your worth and value as an individual while I challenge the stories that you tell yourself which limit your own possibilities for satisfaction. You inherited those stories through no fault of your own, and we can dismantle them together. If you feel stuck viewing your life a certain way, I can offer you practices to help break through that stuckness into new possibilities. If you feel afraid of certain emotions that seem to come up over and over again, I can offer you practices to diminish that fear. Ultimately, we can form a relationship where you feel safe to be completely be your authentic self.
