About My Clients

You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—especially in your relationships. I work with adults, couples, and families navigating betrayal, communication breakdowns, family tension, and life transitions. Many of my clients appear high-functioning but struggle internally with stress, self-doubt, or repeating patterns. You’re ready for clarity, growth, and real change.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) working with adults, couples, and families. My approach is trauma- and attachment-informed, helping you understand how your past experiences may be shaping your current emotions, relationships, and patterns. I use a blend of CBT, relational and attachment-based therapy, along with skills from DBT and the Gottman Method. I tend to be both supportive and direct—I’ll help you feel heard and understood while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in repeating cycles in their relationships. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen communication, and create more secure, fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that people make sense in the context of their experiences. Many of the patterns we struggle with—especially in relationships—develop as ways to cope, protect, or meet unmet needs. Therapy is about understanding those patterns with compassion while also creating space for meaningful change. I’m a strong believer in post-traumatic growth—the idea that even through painful experiences, it’s possible to find meaning, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose. I bring both clinical training and lived experience navigating life’s challenges, which allows me to meet clients with genuine empathy and realism. I value honesty, accountability, and emotional safety. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative—helping you feel understood while also gently challenging what may be keeping you stuck. I believe growth happens when insight is paired with action.
