About My Clients
The clients that I serve are experiencing a life transition, healing from grief or a significant loss, in recovery from an abusive relationship, addiction, or trauma. Importantly, my clients move from surviving to thriving, mastering self trust and developing a positive relationship with themselves. Additionally, I serve clients who are interested in exploring and/or receiving support and guidance toward next steps in their lives whether it be career, marital, academic goals, or challenge.
My Background and Approach
My background at the University of Arizona includes studies in clinical psychology focused on brain research, sensation and perception, MRI studies, and psychology and law. Clinical research in Relationship Studies regarding the impact of divorce and loss on working memory and human functioning. Minor in Art History and Academic Religious Studies increased cultural and spiritual understanding and expertise regarding human existence and the human experience. In addition. studies in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica's Spiritual Psychology Program wherein I developed what USM adopted and renamed The Eye Gazing Technique for my end of term project.
