I see individuals and couples. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, life adjustments, occupational stress, existential/spiritual, fertility/infertility, and marriage/infidelity.
My Background and Approach
I utilize an integrative approach while being client-centered. I use various interventions to help clients including CBT, self-compassion, mindfulness-based approaches, trauma-focused therapy, and relational approaches. I offer a safe, empathic, and supportive environment for you to talk about your struggles. I can help you develop coping strategies, process your thoughts and feelings, and progress toward healing. I strive to provide a collaborative environment where we can explore and work through your difficulties to help you transform your life. I approach everything with openness, curiosity, and multicultural awareness. My passion resides in trauma-related work and helping with identity development, self-awareness, self-esteem, resiliency, and living a fulfilling and thriving life.
