About My Clients
I work with women navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, and life transitions. You may be the person everyone relies on while quietly feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you're navigating midlife changes or trying to understand how past experiences affect your present. Therapy offers a space to feel heard, explore patterns, and develop new ways to support your emotional well-being. You don't have to figure everything out alone.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I bring years of clinical experience and an integrative perspective to therapy. My background includes training in integrated mental health and nutrition, informing my interest in the connections between emotional well-being, stress, lifestyle, and physical health. My approach honors the whole person—mind, body, and soul. I believe meaningful therapy begins with listening to your story and understanding your unique experiences. I draw on evidence-informed therapeutic approaches while recognizing that emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being can all influence how we experience life. When spirituality is important to you, it can be part of our work together. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I want you to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care as we explore your concerns, build on your strengths, and work toward greater balance, connection, and fulfillment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to be heard, respected, and treated with compassion. Our experiences shape us, but they don't have to define our future. I'm passionate about understanding the connections between mind, body, and soul and believe that caring for our well-being means looking at the whole person. My approach is grounded in curiosity, lifelong learning, and a willingness to ask questions rather than assume I have all the answers. I value the role of spirituality in personal growth and recognize that each person's beliefs and sources of strength are unique. I believe healing is not about perfection; it's about understanding ourselves, building resilience, and finding ways to live with greater purpose and connection. Above all, I believe you deserve to have your story heard and to be an active partner in your journey toward well-being.
