About My Clients
I strive to help you find a better understanding of who you are based on all that you’ve been through in the past/present, and work with you to replace unhealthy patterns of behavior and improve coping skills to achieve a better quality of life.
My Background and Approach
I most-often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies with the integration of mindfulness and grounding techniques. I base the therapy process on the needs of my client and touch-base intermittently on goals that were identified at the start of treatment. I am consistently creating an opportunity to process difficult emotions in a safe and secure space. I value each and every interaction with my clients with hopes that another person will find overall contentment in their lives, regardless of the heaviness of the hardship. Together we will develop the skills toward improved mental health and optimal quality of life. I'm truly looking forward to the opportunity to take part in your mental health journey!
