My Background and Approach
Clients come to me looking for someone who understands the identify shift that happens in motherhood on a deeper level because your time and energy are no longer "just yours" and "self care" doesn't cut it anymore. Therapy should be a place where you find peace beyond just what’s wrong today and I do this by combing holistic and evidenced based practices.
