About My Clients
I am an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. When you and your therapist feel that your therapy might benefit from a course of mental health medication, I can assist with the medication management. I use prescription drugs, over-the-counter supplements, and specialized lab tests to help with choosing the best medication for a specific patient.
My Background and Approach
I see patients in-person in my office for the first visit; after that, follow-up visits can be either in person or via telehealth. In-person visits are on Wednesdays; telehealth visits are other days of the week. Note that I cannot assist with opioid or benzodiazepine prescriptions, substance use disorders, care of persons with intellectual or developmental disorders, or medication management during pregnancy.
