About My Clients
I work with all clients ranging from teenagers 16+ to young adults and adults. I also work with couples seeking couples therapy.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s degree at the University of Chicago. I have over 7 years of clinical experience working in various treatment settings; partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient settings and outpatient therapy practices. I specialize in OCD, Complex Anxiety Disorders and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals with depression, mood disorders, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem, general stress and life transitions. An important part of my therapeutic approach is the belief that therapy is not linear, singular or a “one size fits all” approach. I want to get to know you, learn your goals, strengths, weaknesses and let you set and lead your own goals with my therapeutic assistance. As a therapist, I integrate evidence-based practices witha person centered approach. Helping you build practical coping tools, deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and move toward a more meaningful life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where you don't have to have all the answers. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you're experiencing, and support you as you move toward a life that feels more connected, balanced, and aligned with who you want to be.
