About My Clients

You may have spent years trying to figure out who you are while meeting everyone else's expectations. Maybe you're navigating anxiety, shame, self-doubt, or questions about your identity, or you've learned to mask parts of yourself to fit in. Therapy can be a place to untangle those messages, understand yourself more deeply, and build self-compassion. Together, we'll work toward feeling more confident and living in a way that feels authentically yours.

My Background and Approach

My approach is relational, collaborative, and insight-focused. I help clients understand how past experiences, internalized messages, and societal expectations can shape the way they see themselves and navigate the world. Much of my work centers on LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients who are navigating anxiety, shame, self-doubt, identity exploration, or the pressure to hide or change parts of themselves to fit in. Together, we'll explore patterns, uncover underlying beliefs, and make sense of where they come from while developing practical strategies to manage emotions and challenge unhelpful thoughts. I believe therapy should be a space where you don't have to perform or have everything figured out. My goal is to help you develop greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and confidence so you can move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone deserves to be seen, understood, and valued for who they truly are. I am committed to creating a space that affirms my clients' identities and challenges the shame and internalized messages that society often imposes. I value self-compassion, curiosity, and authenticity, and I work to model these qualities in session. I support social justice causes, including advocacy for LGBTQIA+ rights and neurodiversity awareness/inclusion, and I believe that therapy should be a space where all parts of a person are welcomed and respected. I hope to create a space where you can feel empowered to explore your identity and move forward authentically.
