About My Clients

I work primarily with adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, or feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, or individuals who are used to managing everything on their own and are looking for a supportive space to talk openly. I provide a calm, non-judgmental environment where we can work together to better understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) providing psychotherapy to adults in Maryland. I have experience working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, and stress related to work, family, and health issues. My goal is to provide a supportive and comfortable environment where you feel safe talking openly about what you are going through. My approach to therapy is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each person’s individual needs. I use evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, and insight-oriented approaches to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also developing practical coping skills you can use in everyday life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every person deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and understanding. I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space where you can talk freely about your experiences, concerns, and goals. I value working with people from diverse backgrounds and believe that therapy should honor each person’s unique life experiences, culture, and personal values. I approach my work with empathy and professionalism, and I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of the healing process. I believe that people have the ability to grow and make positive changes when they feel supported, and my role is to help guide and support you as you work toward greater emotional well-being and balance in your life.
