Many of my clients focus on life transitions and issues like anxiety, burnout, identity, self-trust, and relationship struggles. For individuals, a common goal is untangling who they are from who they’ve been told to be. This idea can also apply to couples who want to reconnect and communicate more honestly.
My Background and Approach
My approach is very collaborative, and may shift based on what works best for you! I often use approaches like IFS (Internal Family Systems/parts work), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), and pattern exploration work, while keeping our conversations grounded and human.
