As a trauma-informed therapist, I believe that we become stronger with our lived experiences. Together, I hope we can unpack your experiences and integrate them into your daily life in a healthy way. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My therapeutic style is rooted in my own lived experience and that of my clients, as well as my background and training in trauma recovery. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and consider myself a trans-affirming feminist. Since the beginning of my career, I have worked with people who seek to overcome difficult life experiences and deal with challenging past events.
