About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, LGBTQ+ identity, relational and attachment wounds, stress, substance use, and trauma. I have experience working with teens, college/university students, first responders, and veterans.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience and training in evidence-based practices. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of my clients, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-DBT, EMDR, and offer LGBTQ+ affirmative, culturally sensitive therapy to adults, adolescents, and families.

I am here to empower you to tap into your abilities and strengths and help you to create a new path by challenging the barriers. I work with individuals and teens who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, grief and loss, life transitions, and relational/attachment wounds. My experience also includes working with the BIOPIC community, LGBTQIA+ community, first responders, veterans, and addicted family systems. I tailor therapy to my clients individual goals and needs and provide culturally competent mental health care.
