My Background and Approach
The approaches used by Mary include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Schema, and Mindfulness Therapy. Our work together will help implement healthier ways to get your needs met. By finding out how to focus and change what we can control, we can better build the future that is most desired and deserved.
