About My Clients
My ideal client is someone looking to make a change, needing support and/ or a new approach. Most of my clients are seeking a higher quality of life. I work with Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Social Phobia, Difficult Life Transitions, and Work/ Life Balance.
My Background and Approach
I use emotionally focused therapy, CBT, RODBT, and elements of psychodynamic. I use what the client feels is the most effective and based upon why the client is presenting.
