Life pulls us in a lot of different directions, and it can be exhausting. Yet beneath this is a quiet invitation. An invitation to slow down. To reconnect. To breathe deeply and remember who you are. To let your feet find the ground again. And your heart find rest. It's not about fixing everything all at once. It’s about turning gently toward yourself, with curiosity and compassion, and asking: What do I need right now? What is my body telling me? What is my heart longing for? I'd love to help.
My Background and Approach
Before opening my private practice, I worked with individuals and groups at Arbour Counseling Services after earning my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Now a licensed therapist, I specialize in working with young and early adults (18-39). I started my practice because I care deeply about helping people connect with who they are and what they want for their life. Together, we’ll help you nurture a healthy relationship with yourself, make sense of how the past has shaped you, and build a meaningful future. My work is primarily psychodynamic, with strong influence from emotionally-focused therapy, particularly in understanding attachment and relationships. That said, I pull from a variety of styles and techniques—including DBT and ACT principles, mindfulness and body-based interventions, and trauma-informed treatment—and hold an open mind as to the best course of treatment for each unique person.

I'm a part of the LGBTQIA+ community and committed to creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. In my work, I strive to honor the complex ways that identity, culture, and lived experience shape how we move through the world. My hope is for you to feel supported in the fullness of who you are throughout our work together.
