About My Clients
Is your child having difficulty adjusting to co-parenting, split households, or shifting family dynamics? Are you concerned about your child's well-being as they face major changes in the family, and wondering how to support them through it? Are you noticing signs of stress, self-doubt, or low confidence? My goal is to create a supportive space where young people and their caregivers feel seen, heard, and empowered.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in supporting toddlers, children, teens, and parents facing difficult times, including high-conflict divorce, the impact of childhood neglect and abuse, and parenting struggles that come along with that. Play therapy offers children a natural and developmentally appropriate way to express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills—especially when words fall short. Parent coaching complements this by empowering caregivers with tools to strengthen their connection and appropriately respond to their child's needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing begins when someone truly sees us—not just for our struggles, but for our inherent worth. As a therapist, I aim to be that steady presence who helps reveal what is already strong and sacred within you and your child. If you’re ready to take that first step toward healing and connection, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
