My Background and Approach
Adulting is hard work, not the least of which is learning how to be in meaningful relationships. How do you relate to others, God, and yourself? How do you want to take up space in the world? If these questions create a spark of longing within you, please reach out to me. I am energized by working with individuals who are motivated to grow and heal. I am particularly drawn to those going through any type of life transition and who want deeper personal relationships with God, themselves, and others. I use Bowen Family Systems theory to guide my work with clients. I am passionate about using Family Systems theory because it helps me understand human behavior and provides options for new ways of relating to others. 5 years ministry experience, Master's level education, faith in God, and training in Bowen Family Systems are what I bring to the table.
