About My Clients
Whether you want to explore work/life balance, relationships, or life transitions, I will provide the affirming space you deserve. My specialties include ADHD, anxiety, and self-esteem building. I especially enjoy working with young professionals, adolescents, and fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, progressive, and focused on helping you learn about yourself and make sustainable changes. This involves applying a variety of techniques that I have learned over my last 10 years in practice, as well as from my own lived experience. Therapy is not one-size-fits all and I will work with you to tailor my approach to your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am straightforward and try to bring appropriately-timed humor into my sessions. As a social worker, I have a responsibility to advocate for social justice and systemic change. I believe all humans have value and aim to provide quality mental health services to BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and disabled folks.
