I am an expert in Motivational Interviewing because I have extensive experience using MI techniques to help patients explore ambivalence, increase insight, and strengthen intrinsic motivation for change. Through reflective listening, open-ended questions, and affirmations, I guide patients to identify their own reasons for change and build confidence in their ability to achieve their goals. I integrate MI into medication management and therapy to promote engagement and lasting outcomes.

I am an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because I have extensive experience applying CBT techniques in clinical practice to help patients recognize and reframe maladaptive thoughts, develop healthier coping strategies, and improve daily functioning. I consistently integrate evidence-based CBT interventions into treatment for depression, anxiety, and ADHD.I guide patients through identifying core beliefs, challenging negative thought patterns, and implementing practical change.
