This work is about learning how to recognize what you feel, communicate it effectively, and respond to life in ways that are responsible rather than reactive. Over time, these skills allow you to create a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and purposeful.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
While my background includes a master’s degree in counseling and professional training as a Licensed Professional Counselor, what truly sets me apart is that I actively practice the skills I teach. I don’t just share concepts; I live them. This allows me to support clients with both professional knowledge and the insight that comes from personal experience.
