About My Clients
I specialize in working with children, teen/adolescents, and adults who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, ADD/ADHD, and more.
My Background and Approach
I received my Masters in Professional Counseling at Lindenwood University in Missouri in 2018. I gained experience over the years working with clientele of all ages that had unresolved issues. I use integrative techniques such as Eclectic, Person-Centered and Solution-Focused therapies in my sessions. I also use a form of therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which assists clients to move forward and make progress with struggles they may be facing. I also incorporate play therapy techniques for the young clients when it's helpful.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I aim to provide a safe, calm, judge-free space for each of my clients to help them feel open to sharing their thoughts and feelings. By creating a comforting space, it helps clients show their true and authentic selves and be able to grow and reach any heights. I do not discriminate against anyone and welcome any and all clients who want to try therapy.
