I have experience helping adults, adolescents and couples who are coping with anxiety, depression, illness, loss, life transitions including gender and sexual identity, substance abuse, relationship concerns including non-monogamy, negative body image, menopause, and the particular challenges faced by those working in the creative fields.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is based on developing strong relationships with my clients. My style is informal, warm, and direct and my aim is to provide a safe and non-judgmental, yet challenging environment that encourages increased self-awareness and growth.
