As a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to mental health care. My approach integrates therapy, medication management, and lifestyle changes, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs of my clients. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, and stress management, working with clients to develop strategies that promote focus, emotional resilience, and personal growth.
