I love working with all ages, and my clients have been highly motivated toward positive change and responsive to the trusting counselor-client relationship that I am able to build with them. My Background and Approach
I have excellent diagnostic and treatment skills using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and many other modalities in an eclectic, client-centered approach. I have success treating families, couples, and individuals with depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorders, trauma/PTSD, substance abuse, ADHD, stress, and many other behavioral, emotional, and mental conditions.
