My Background and Approach
I really enjoy partnering with adults seeking to better manage stress, anxiety and depression, or process thoughts and feelings pertaining to life transitions, LGBTQ+ specific concerns, identity, race and culture. My approach to therapy encompasses warmth, empathy, humor, and effective techniques to assist you in working through concerns that have left you feeling stagnant, discouraged or unfulfilled. Together, we will work to create positive and lasting change in your life. Whether your concern is something that you have been wrestling with for quite some time, or a recent hurdle that has crossed your path, being able to process your concerns honestly in a nonjudgmental space is important and I look forward to meeting with you.
