I will co-pilot through the turbulence, help you navigate through the rough patches, and find smoother skies ahead. My background includes a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have advanced training in trauma studies, and certifications in several evidence-based treatment models. But more than my credentials, what truly matters is our partnership in this process. Your comfort and confidentiality are of utmost importance, and I'm here to create a safe space where you can be yourself.
