About My Clients
I enjoy working with people who are struggling with infertility, perinatal concerns, and new motherhood. I also enjoy working with those who are going through transitions in life, whether that is due to a break-up or divorce or a move or change in job. If you are struggling in your relationship or having a hard time being single and dating, you would also be a great fit for me.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy involves the application of a variety of techniques that I have learned in my doctoral training, from my experience of over 10 years of practice, and through the wisdom I have gained in my own path towards wellness and greater fulfillment. I work on helping people to grow their strengths and abilities rather than focusing on what they lack. In my sessions, I incorporate mindfulness-based practices and cognitive-behavioral therapy - CBT. Essentially, I help you access your mind's wisdom and your body's wisdom to find greater peace and contentment, to heal in the present, and to learn how to care for yourself in the future.
