About My Clients
Being human is often challenging, it has great peaks and, unfortunately, deep valleys. Sometimes we feel lost, confused, and/or stuck and we want to make changes and feel better but we do not know how or where to start. If you find yourself identifying with those feelings, therapy can be an empowering place to find strength and direction. My goal is to create a safe, warm, and sometimes humorous environment for you to explore current challenges and build a fulfilling and energizing life.
My Background and Approach
I believe in the uniqueness of each individual who seeks therapy, therefore I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I use an eclectic mix of evidence-based interventions including, but not limited to: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every human deserves to live a life with dignity, a life that is fulfilling, joyous, connected, and energizing. I see therapy as a vessel to help individuals create that life for themselves. The best way to schedule an appointment is to call or email and we will find a time that works for you.
