About My Clients

Have you been feeling stuck between who you were and who you could become? Maybe you are just looking to connect with your authentic self. Perhaps you’ve been carrying anxiety, second-guessing yourself, dealing with relationship or family pressures, or navigating big transitions. I am here to help you step out of survival mode and into a place of alignment, clarity, connection, and confidence.

My Background and Approach

Through my background working in wilderness therapy and high-school counseling, I learned that no path to healing is linear. This has given me a unique blend of hands-on, experiential insight to my work with both teens (16+) and adults. My sessions are compassionate and candid: infused with mindfulness and humor because real change happens when you feel safe and seen. You will begin to notice more moments of calm in your week, the ability to speak up without self-judgement, and relationships with peers and family members that feel more grounded.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that all people have the ability to heal wounds and live in a way that is a fully connected to their most authentic self, no matter their background or identity. While it may take time, I believe that we can unlearn patterns that no longer serve us to live in a way that speaks to who we truly are. Together, we will work on building self-worth and authentic expression, managing anxiety, defining boundaries, and healing from trauma. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can meet, you can see how I work, and we’ll decide whether this is a good fit for you. Please reach out via email, and we'll pick a time that works for you.
