About My Clients
You're tired and life is coming at you fast. You can no longer roll with the punches like you once did. At the very worst, you're sleep deprived, your anxiety is numbing, and you feel like a hot mess. At times, you don't recognize the person in the mirror. You wish you could bounce back and power through life's stresses without skipping a beat. I'm here to tell you it's not too late. My Background and Approach
My practice is entirely online. I offer "face to face" psychotherapy on a secure video platform, bringing convenience to the therapy process (like Skype, but HIPAA compliant). My counseling style is warm, open, and understanding. I use authenticity, humor, empathy and compassion to create a space where you can feel safe enough to dive into sensitive topics. I treat adults of all ages experiencing anxiety disorders and have a particular interest in working with middle aged women, moms of teenagers and young adults, and empty nesters.
