About My Clients
Life can be challenging, messy, and full of uncertainties, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with adolescents and adults to process the most difficult life circumstances, work through challenging emotions and become their most authentic selves.
My Background and Approach
I am currently working towards my Master of Social Work through the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work. I hold experience working in a variety of settings such as at a Behavioral Health Hospital, in community practices, and in-home settings. I've been in the mental health field for over 8 years and have growing experience in the following specializations: Eating Disorders, Body Image Concerns, Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Substance-Use, Stress, Social Anxiety, Personal Growth, and Family Conflict. I pull from a variety of modalities to make therapy an individualized experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The therapeutic journey is a collaboration with the client in the driver's seat. We will work together to identify and accomplish your goals and put together an individualized toolbox to help deal with day-to-day challenges. I believe all people have the capability to be resilient, to have choice and to find true connection and to develop self-awareness.
