I help clients to work through problems just like these to gain peace of mind and make real progress on their goals and values.
My Background and Approach
I've worked with clients for over 20 years using empirically validated treatments. I mostly utilize cognitive behavioral therapy in many different forms, including Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure. I use Motivational Interviewing techniques throughout therapy in order to help clients understand their needs and values. I use both the Gottman Method and Integrative Couples Therapy for the work that I have done with couples.
