About My Clients
I provide individual psychotherapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, breathwork sessions, and individual relationship counseling for adults. Maybe you cannot slow down in life, and you are constantly feeling hyper-aroused and anxious. Or, perhaps you are feeling down and depressed. It is so hard to create the life that you want when you don't feel like yourself. My hope is that I can help you come back to your core, self-at best place where you feel a sense of joy, calm, and fulfillment.
My Background and Approach
I take a warm, strengths-based, and attachment-based approach. I truly believe we are all deeply connected and rely on one another. In my treatment, I help clients with their emotions and teach them to feel them, metabolize them, and move through them in a way that is congruent and meaningful. I help people build greater self-awareness so they can show up more effectively in their lives and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in non-pathologizing approaches to psychotherapy. I believe that our nervous systems are built to work for us, rather than hinder us. I also believe that the nature of our relationships with ourselves and others is equally important.
