My clients are everyday people who just need a safe place to rest and receive support in their lives. Whether you deal with anxiety, depression, have a trauma history, or need to improve relationships, I'm here to help you in the ways you need. I enjoy people of all ages!
My Background and Approach
I come from a difficult background, which helps me understand the struggles my clients face. I have served many different people in many different settings. I am presently working on my PhD and am happy to be serving Fayetteville!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I was raised in a small town and in church. As an adult, I no longer identify with traditional religious orientations for a variety reasons. That said, many clients I work with appreciate my background with religion as well as my current stance on faith and religion. I am about as open as they come and truly appreciate all points of view because I understand our perspectives are a result of our journey in life. I love to hang with my dogs and take walks in my community.
