About My Clients

Do you often feel not good enough? Are you constantly putting other's needs and wants before your own needs and desires? We all have been there. These feelings are universal, and the difference amounts to how often we feel "less than". It is possible to feel better about yourself! It is possible to live a rich and rewarding life full of endless possibilities! I will help you discover solutions that work for you. I'm looking forward to helping you uncover the truth of who you really are!

My Background and Approach

I am in the helping profession to use my wisdom, talents, skills, experiences, and education to help guide you so you can get to where you want to be. I am respectful, compassionate, present, and sometimes witty! I can be empathetically direct, and solution focused. My approach will be focused on your needs and your level of comfort with the change process. I was born to do the work I do! I seek and find my work/life balance by enjoying travel, cooking, light gardening, hiking, reading, and maintaining meaningful social connections. My professional experience comes from working in the ER; inpatient treatment centers with residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. I have experience with treating complex trauma; grief & loss, relationship issues, substance abuse, co-dependency, family dynamics, interpersonal struggles, anxiety, depression, bi-polar, and schizophrenia.”

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

On the Enneagram, I am a Giver/Helper. My priority is to show you how to give to yourself. Your level of change will be proportionate to your level of self-giving/self-love. I will offer you hope and help you develop your strengths to change the things you can. I ask that you bring your courage to each session (I’ll help you find it!). And I ask that you be open to trusting the therapeutic process. You can learn to navigate your life with courage, grace, and a stronger sense of love for self. It would be my honor to help you steer your journey toward a meaningful, productive, and joyous life. I believe in self-empowerment. I believe everyone has an inner guidance that directs them to creatively accomplish a purpose driven, desirable and fulfilled life. Can you hear your inner guidance? Let's turn up the volume! Your days do not have to be just surviving or avoiding suffering at all costs. Life is to be lived with purpose and vision, with a clear mind and a healing heart.
