About My Clients
I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and currently work as a Psychiatric Social worker. I have worked in the mental health field for 13 years, with children as well as adults. My client’s topics range from anxiety, to depression, anger issues, difficulty communicating feelings, etc.
My Background and Approach
I am a native of Inglewood, CA., married with two great little people who challenge me daily. I enjoy the arts, had thoughts of acting, but found a love in writing stories and creating characters that I love and resonate with others. I hope to one day write a children's book and own my own production company. I believe all these things contribute to my outlook on how to actively listen, be empathetic and present for clients. I believe it’s what makes me, me. I utilize behavioral therapy- Cognitive Behavioral therapy and I am certified in Trauma Focused Therapy.
