I specialize in working with professional individuals and couples who want the level of depth and interest in their relationships that they have found in their careers. They are ready to dive deeply into their history to discover what might be holding them back from the abundance in life that they truly desire. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling, specializing in Marriage, Couple, & Family practice with an Emphasis in Spiritual Formation. The therapeutic relationship is most important to me, so you can expect me to offer a warm presence that meets you right where you’re at. We’ll stay curious together as we take a look at the ways your world has impacted you, as well as the ways you have had impact in your world. I believe that lasting transformation happens when we gain deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. When we are able to integrate the many fragmented parts of our story, we are able to flourish as the whole person that we were meant to be. It is through this insight and self-awareness that we are able to forge ahead and lean into our life with the confidence to build the legacy we’ve always longed for.
