I have been a social worker for over 10 years and am trained to address issues including PTSD, trauma, mood disorders, and perinatal mental health issues. Whatever issue you are struggling with I am confident that together, we can find a solution to help you achieve your goals. I offer an empathic, strengths-based approach to therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are at and helping you achieve your stated goals. I often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques and tailor my approach to each individual client. In your first session we'll explore what brought you to therapy and any previous therapy experiences and then discuss what might be the best approach to help you reach your therapy goals. Every client is unique and so to is my approach to treatment. I utilize many different styles and we will find the combination that works for you.
