About My Clients
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then get into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in our follow-up sessions. I have experience with working with clients with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, stress, anger, and more. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for clients to process feelings in a non-judgmental environment, and to help clients feel confident and empowered.
My Background and Approach
I embrace Person-centered therapy and I believe that embedding empathy, warmth, and humor into sessions can empower clients to overcome their obstacles. I also use a combination of other techniques, such as; Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Relaxation techniques during therapy.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for clients to process emotions, in a non-judgmental environment, and to help clients feel confident and empowered in their journey. I am here to take the time to genuinely listen to you. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for my clients to find resilience and hope while navigating life’s challenges. As a therapist, I have dedicated my work towards walking alongside those who have been impacted by life circumstances while they heal and become empowered to create change.
