My clients have chronic illnesses such as MS, Parkinson’s, RA, Lupus, Diabetes, Cancer as well as not well controlled pain or those experiencing grief and loss issues. I see clients ages 18 and up

I use evidence based practices such as: CBT, ACT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused Brief Psychotherapy and Client Centered Therapy, as well as holistic approaches such as meditation and yoga
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all humans are capable of acceptance, change and growth. I manage my own autoimmune illness as well as attend grief and loss groups as part of my life journey
